Anthem exiting Individual Market for Most Areas

Anthem Blue Cross (not to be confused with Blue Shield,) has announced they will be exiting the Individual Health Plan market effective January 1st, 2018, except in a few areas. If you live in the counties below, then your coverage is safe. If you are an Anthem member through an Individual/Family Plan (including Covered California) and do not live in one of these counties, then you will have to select a new plan on your renewal.
